If you decide to cancel your account, you must email our Customer Support team with specific details, including your full name and the email address and phone number used at the time of your purchase.
The following outlines our Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Please be aware that refund requests made after the 30-day period are not eligible for a refund. Beyond this period, purchases are considered final, and your account will be deactivated without additional charges.
Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds for monthly subscriptions are not available after the initial 30-day period post-purchase. Monthly subscription fees are automatically billed each month until a cancellation request is received via email to our Customer Support. You can cancel your subscription at any point during the month.
Following the receipt of your cancellation email, your membership will terminate 30 days from your last payment. Your account will be closed at this point, and you will no longer be billed in the future. For instance, if your last payment was on June 1 and you send a cancellation email on June 15, your membership will remain active until July 1, and your account will be closed on June 30. Access to the services remains until the end of the paid monthly period.
For cancellations within the initial 30-day period, refunds are processed using the original payment method within 10-15 days after the refund request is approved. Refunds cannot be processed through different payment methods.
Please note that any charges incurred before your cancellation request, made after the 30-day period, are non-refundable (subject to laws in your jurisdiction).
To maintain transparency and keep our customers informed, we have implemented an automatic email notification system. This system notifies subscribers about their upcoming monthly subscription renewal 5-7 days in advance, including a cancellation link.
